Health Benefits Services

The Borough of Fort Lee needs a health benefits consultant to provide high-quality professional health benefits services on an as-needed, onsite basis during 2027. Only onshore United States organizations with appropriate federal and state licenses and a Business Registration Certificate are eligible to bid. Respondents must mail or hand deliver one original and two bound copies of their Qualification Statement by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026. The Borough prohibits facsimile and email submissions. Bidders must submit an executed Letter of Intent, a signed Letter of Qualification, and a description of their overall experience detailing its relevance to the RFQ. The Borough evaluates Qualification Statements based on experience and reputation in the field, availability to accommodate required meetings, and a cost proposal. The Borough reserves the right to weight these criteria in its best interests and will provide the weightings to respondents after receipt but prior to the public opening.
