The Borough of Fort Lee solicits Qualification Statements from firms or organizations to serve as Building Department/Fire Prevention Bureau Accountant during 2027. The buyer requires onshore USA organizations with appropriate federal and state licenses to submit a Business Registration Certificate, an executed Letter of Intent, and a description of overall experience demonstrating the capability to provide high-quality services. Respondents must mail or hand-deliver an original and two bound, signed copies of their Qualification Statement to the Designated Contact Person by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026. The buyer will evaluate Qualification Statements based on experience and reputation in the field, availability to accommodate required meetings, and the Cost Proposal.
