Landscaping Services

The Town of Guttenberg seeks qualifications from prospective vendors to provide town-wide landscaping services. The requested scope includes maintenance across public parks, street medians, rights-of-way, and other public properties. Specific duties encompass mowing, litter control, weed control, mulching, groundcover edging, shrub and tree pruning, fertilization, re-seeding, and tree removal, alongside maintaining hardscapes and irrigation systems. Tree trimming, removal, and disposal services are required at least twice yearly and on an as-needed basis, while general landscaping services must occur weekly and as needed. Eligible candidates must be US onshore organizations holding a current tree trimming license and complying with state affirmative action regulations. All work will be performed on-site, and prospective contractors must visit the Town parks to familiarize themselves with existing conditions. The contract covers a one-year term from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027.
