Agricultural Tractor Rental Service

The North Dakota Department of Transportation needs a vendor to provide agricultural tractor rental services for roadside mowing operations in the Bismarck District. The scope requires delivering a new or carry-over tractor with less than 300 hours that features a 110 PTO HP liquid-cooled 6-cylinder diesel engine with MFWD, a deluxe cab, specific hydraulic and transmission components, and rear wheels set out at least 96 inches. The lessor must provide delivery, pickup, familiarization training, 24-hour parts availability, major repair services, and all routine maintenance supplies at no additional cost. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations, and the work must be performed onsite. Bidders must return one copy of the signed bid response to the buyer prior to the bid opening date, with questions due no later than September 29, 2026. The contract term covers a 12-month period from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2027, with tractor delivery required by May 1, 2027, and return by November 30, 2027.
