Vehicle In-Plant Inspection Services

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) needs qualified individuals or firms to provide in-plant inspection services for Light-Duty Cutaway Transit Vehicles. The contractor must conduct production line inspections for each vehicle to ensure compliance with RFP requirements, technical specifications, and Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility. Scope duties also include facilitating resolutions for production line problems, communicating solutions, implementing approved change orders, and gathering vehicle information such as photos. Only United States onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals digitally online or via email, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026. Bidders must provide a fixed base price from the contract execution date, and NCTCOG will pay allowable costs through monthly invoices.
