General Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Service

The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to establish a pre-qualified list for on-call, as-needed professional services supporting all city departments. The requested scope includes general civil engineering, construction engineering, survey services, and material testing. Task orders under this solicitation will involve onsite work performance, and individual projects assigned to any one firm cannot exceed $500,000 in aggregate fees within any fiscal year. The overall contract term will last for two years. To be eligible, biders must be USA-based organizations, acquire a City of Casa Grande business license, and obtain required insurance coverages. Applicants must submit their Statements of Qualifications by 2:00 P.M. on October 13, 2026, to the Office of the City Clerk at 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. Submittals must arrive in a boldly marked envelope containing the project details and solicitation number 1078-27-CG. The buyer will not hold a pre-submittal conference. Evaluation of responses will use a 1000-point maximum scoring system based on criteria detailed in Section Five of the solicitation.
