Financial Advisor Services

The Borough of Fort Lee seeks qualification statements from firms to provide municipal financial advisor services on an as-needed basis during 2027. Only onshore USA organizations that hold appropriate federal and state licenses, possess a Business Registration Certificate, and demonstrate compliance with applicable affirmative action requirements are eligible to bid. Selected vendors will perform the work onsite in Fort Lee, NJ. Respondents must submit an original and two bound copies of their Qualification Statement, including an executed Letter of Qualification, Letter of Intent, and proof of experience, by mail or hand delivery. The submission deadline is October 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Prevailing Time, and the Borough will reject facsimile or email submissions. The Borough will evaluate submissions based on the respondent's experience and reputation, availability to attend required meetings, and cost proposal.
