Environmental Services

The City of San Diego Stormwater Department requires a vendor for as-needed environmental services. The requested scope includes planning and permitting support, hydrologic and hydraulic mitigation engineering, on-site monitoring, 24/7 on-call emergency environmental permit preparation, and hydrology, hydraulic, and water quality technical support for stormwater infrastructure projects. Performance of the work will occur on-site in San Diego, CA. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit proposals digitally via email or online, or deliver them to the City of San Diego Purchasing & Contracting – Public Works Division by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
