Deflection Peer Delivered Services

The buyer requires deflection peer delivered services to support its agency in Oregon. The requested scope includes providing peer case management and Spanish-speaking peer-delivered services to facilitate recovery from Substance Use Disorders. Specific tasks involve case management, deflection plans, referrals, court support, attending participant arraignments, daily meetings, mobile phone and flex fund issuance, contingency management incentive distribution, and data entry into agency software. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. The performance of the work will take place both onsite and offsite.
