Virtual Response Services

The Toronto Police Service requires a vendor to provide a resilient virtual response services solution to improve service accessibility, enhance call response efficiency, and reduce unnecessary frontline deployments. The requested scope includes supporting virtual public interactions, investigative interviews, follow-ups, evidence management, auditability, data governance obligations, and a trauma-informed reporting approach. Only Canadian organizations working offsite are eligible to bid on this procurement opportunity. Proponents must submit all questions no later than October 9, 2026, and must complete and include the Appendix A Pricing Submission form with their bid submission. The buyer evaluates proposals based on the dollar value total costs in Blue text designated as Part A: Total Solution Price, while Part B provision pricing will not be evaluated. The contract term is five years, with firm pricing required for the initial five-year period.
