Firms Interested in Serving as Grant Consultant Service

The Town of Guttenberg requests qualifications from firms interested in serving as a grant consultant. The buyer requires State grant writing services, research supporting appropriation requests, legislative liaison services, pre-award and post-award technical assistance, and help identifying federal, state, foundation, or corporate grant programs. Bidders must also provide direct liaison with government officials and resolve grant issues as required by the Town. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Successful firms must have significant experience representing New Jersey municipalities in grant preparation and must provide proof of business registration with the New Jersey Division of Taxation prior to contract award. Bidders must submit hourly rates, cost details, a not-to-exceed amount, at least four references, educational and experience details, and various required forms, including a completed Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran certification. The contract term runs for one year from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027.
