Attorneys and Law Firms Interested in Serving as Tenant Advocate Service

The Town of Guttenberg seeks requests for qualifications from law firms licensed to practice law in New Jersey to serve as a Tenant Advocate. The requested scope includes providing general counsel and litigation services, distributing information regarding landlord and tenant laws, operating an advice hotline, publishing informational materials, sponsoring tenant rights workshops, assisting tenants before the Town Rent Control Board, and appearing before state and federal tribunals.
