Partnership for Educational Needs Project Coordinator Service

The Maryland State Department of Education needs a project coordinator to implement outreach and address the identification of unserved and underserved children with disabilities within the Baltimore Orthodox Jewish community. The scope requires delivering technical assistance to Baltimore City and Baltimore County Public Schools and working up to 550 hours. Bidders must hold a master’s degree in special education, possess five years of relevant experience, demonstrate knowledge of Orthodox Jewish customs, and show proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases. Only USA organizations are eligible. Bidders must submit a letter of interest, resume, updated W-9, and completed Exhibit A bid form electronically through eMaryland Marketplace Advantage by October 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The buyer evaluates responsive bidders meeting all mandatory requirements based on the lowest total bid price. The contract term begins on or about October 15, 2026, with a maximum budget capped at $24,750.00.
