Athletic Apparel Sponsorship Service

Virginia Military Institute seeks a strategic athletic apparel partner to supply competition uniforms, footwear, sideline apparel, training gear, spirit wear, and related athletic equipment for all varsity athletic programs. The selected provider must deliver design, customization, and branding services aligned with Institute standards, manage ordering, inventory, and distribution, and support recruiting, marketing, and fan engagement activations. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through www.eva.virginia.gov by October 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions are due by October 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Evaluation criteria total 100 points based on financial proposal (40 points), product quality and suitability (25 points), approach and methodology (20 points), and offeror qualifications and experience (15 points). The initial contract term is five years, with five optional one-year renewals.
