Manufacturer Invest Rebate Payments Financing Service

The Office of the Oklahoma State Treasurer requests proposals from qualified financial institutions to acquire an annuity or materially similar financial instrument funded by $255,000,000 from the ROA-25 Revolving Fund. The requested instrument must generate 15 equal annual distributions on July 1 of each year from 2031 through 2045 to fund manufacturer investment rebate payments.
