Architectural Feasibility and Programming Service

The Town of Alta in Alta, UT needs a vendor to provide architectural feasibility and programming services for town facilities planned for replacement or renovation. The requested scope includes assisting the Town to determine facility program elements, developing schematic designs or design documents sufficient to start a complete design process, creating construction budget estimates, and conducting site condition assessments such as geotechnical analyses, as-built surveys, and demolition and abatement evaluations. The work will be performed offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
