Developmental Writing and Technology Seminar Services

The New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) seeks a qualified onshore USA organization to provide offsite developmental writing and web-based technology seminar services for legally blind high school students in the Pre-College Program. The requested scope includes updating and developing course curriculum, lesson plans, and evaluation instruments, as well as delivering internet skills training, train-the-trainers sessions, participant administration, and post-program assessments and final reports. Only onshore USA organizations meeting OCFS eligibility criteria may submit proposals.
