Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services

Washington County, Oregon needs geotechnical and materials testing services for Capital Project Services under RFP # 2026.088-RFP. The requested scope includes geotechnical and material sampling, testing, inspection, laboratory analysis, related report preparation, and calculations. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 12, 2026. Assigned personnel must provide and use all required project site safety equipment. Bidders must identify certification authorities and list the number of certified personnel across organizations such as OCAPA, Oregon Department of Transportation, nuclear testing programs, professional registrations, and other certification programs. Rates for the Assistant Materials Testing Technician position must include all costs for sampling, testing equipment, materials, safety equipment, incidentals, and reports. Performance of the work will occur offsite.
