Leadership Development Service

The government authority in Philadelphia, PA requires a vendor to provide leadership development services, including individual development for potential leaders and succession planning. The requested scope encompasses executive coaching, organizational assessment and development, leadership coaching, facilitation of effective organizational communications, and web-based training and learning management. The selected vendor must identify specific strategies addressing leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, diversity, data and metric utilization, succession planning, and communication improvement, while also providing an implementation plan and an evaluation of that plan. All work will be performed offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid on this contract, and the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. The buyer will hold a pre-bid meeting on October 5, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than October 8, 2026. The contract period will run for one year.
