Janitorial Services

The buyer needs janitorial services for a government authority facility located in Virginia. The scope of work requires sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floor mats and carpeted areas, spot-treating carpet stains, and vacuuming or cleaning dust and debris behind or under furniture, pipes, doors, corners, desks, and unfastened objects. Additionally, the contractor must sanitize, clean, and dry drinking fountains, and dust all furniture as necessary at least once per week. The contract term is one year, and an optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid, and performance must occur onsite.
