Auditing Services

The City of Oakland, Contracts and Compliance Unit, seeks independent performance auditing services for the City of Oakland Fire Department and the Community Services Department. The contractor must provide an auditing framework that includes methodology, protocols, and procedures, while complying with all applicable City programs and policies outlined in Attachment CIS. Only onshore vendors located in the United States are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Interested parties must submit all questions by October 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM via email to the Contract Procurement Specialist. The proposed contract term is for one year. The solicitation does not state a set budget and requests proposals to determine cost.
