Residential Demolition Services

The City of Baytown needs a vendor to perform residential demolition services, including the complete removal of residential buildings and structures down to ground level. The requested scope covers providing all supplies, supervision, and utilities, clearing all concrete structures and driveways, removing all property debris to a state-approved landfill, maintaining site security and dust control, and obtaining required permits. Bidders must also submit itemized invoices and dump fee tickets prior to payment. Eligible bidders include onshore USA organizations, and the policy encourages participation from small and minority/women-owned businesses. Vendors must submit bids online utilizing QuestCDN by October 14, 2026, at 9:00 am. An in-person pre-bid meeting occurs on October 7, 2026, at 9:00 am at Baytown City Hall, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened via Zoom Meetings, and the city reserves the right to reject bids that fail to include all requested documents.
