Medical Supplies

The City of New Orleans Department of Finance Purchasing Bureau, on behalf of Emergency Medical Services, seeks vendors to provide medical supplies. The requested scope includes latex-free Durapore surgical tape in two sizes, sterile water and sodium chloride 0.9% for irrigation in 500 ml plastic pour bottles, instant cold packs, and hot packs. Eligible vendors must be onshore US organizations and perform the work offsite. Interested bidders can attend an optional virtual pre-bid conference on October 1, 2026, at 1:00 PM via Microsoft Teams or at City Hall. Bidders must submit all questions by October 7, 2026. Bids remain valid for 90 calendar days after the deadline, and equivalent products are acceptable. Successful vendors must satisfy insurance requirements, including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability.
