The School Board of Brevard County, Florida, requires qualified vendors to furnish awards, trophies, plaques, medals, promotional items, signs, banners, and related products and services on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes offsite work such as providing various indoor and outdoor signs, vinyl, mesh, retractable, and step-and-repeat banners, event backdrops, school spirit merchandise, and customized products with school branding. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit sealed responses electronically through the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform by 2:00 PM ET on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The buyer will not accept hand-delivered, mailed, telephoned, faxed, or emailed submissions. Questions must be submitted via the OpenGov question and answer module by 2:00 PM EST on Monday, October 19, 2026. Offered prices must remain firm for at least 60 days, include all shipping and expense fees, and cover any processing fees within the submitted pricing.
