Community Center Renovation Services

The Town of Granby invites sealed bids for interior and exterior renovation of the Granby Community Center through four separate prime contracts. The requested scope includes general construction and interior fit-out, a new roof, siding and stone veneer, code and accessibility upgrades, a warming kitchen build-out, plumbing and gas fitting, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning, and electrical work. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA bidders who submit NYS DOL Certificate of Registration and required bid security. The buyer evaluates proposals based on the lowest responsible, qualified bidder furnishing the required security for each contract. The contract term is one year, and prevailing NYS DOL wages are required. The budget states that the buyer is looking for proposals.
