Holiday Decorations and Installation Services

The City of Germantown, Tennessee, requires a vendor to provide a traditional, creative holiday design and deliver holiday decorations and installation services. The scope includes light displays, building up-lighting, and non-lighted decorations across specified city areas, rooftops, entrances, landscape beds, street front signs, and trees. The selected contractor must handle all design, installation, next-day maintenance, removal, disposal, packaging, storage, and transport of the holiday materials. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations performing work onsite. Bidders must mail or hand deliver sealed bids marked "COG2027-12 Holiday Decorations and Installation" to the Procurement Director by 2:00 p.m. on October 13, 2026. Bidders may attend a non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting on October 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT, and must submit all questions by October 6, 2026. The City evaluates proposals to determine the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or the best value based on demonstrations and the ability to meet requirements such as warranties, insurance, and bonding. The budget establishes a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000.00 for all design, labor, products, and materials.
