Audit Services

Park Township requires audit services from qualified, licensed, and insured Certified Public Accounting firms. The scope includes auditing all township funds in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States and Government Auditing Standards, rendering auditors' reports on government-wide and fund financial statements, and preparing annual financial reports complying with web contact accessibility guidelines. The selected auditor must also apply limited audit procedures to Management's Discussion and Analysis and required supplementary information, prepare internal control compliance reports, and potentially perform single audits for major federal programs. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible to bid. Applicants must deliver four hard copies of the completed proposal to Finance Director Connie Vander Schaaf at 52 152nd Avenue, Holland, Michigan, along with an electronic copy via email or online, by Monday, November 2, 2026. All questions must be submitted to the Finance Director by October 13, 2026. The buyer evaluates proposals based on staff expertise and longevity, experience with similar projects, and demonstrated timeliness. The initial contract term spans three years, with an option to extend for two additional years.
