Outreach and Technical Assistant Services

The buyer requires a USA-based vendor to perform offsite outreach and technical assistance services that support capacity and watershed restoration projects to improve community water quality. Technical assistance providers will coordinate activities by geographic region to identify, engage, and assess eligible community-based organizations, strengthen their grant development, and support the submission of competitive applications. Contractors must conduct outreach, evaluate organizational readiness, administer surveys provided by the Trust, and support capacity-building workshops based on identified needs. Eligible bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations, and they may submit their proposals digitally through email or online.
