Executive Search Services

The University of Waterloo requires executive search services to conduct a full search for the next Dean of the Faculty of Environment. Requested services include advising the search committee, developing search methodology and timelines, assisting with job descriptions, creating position profiles and interview guides, leading external and internal candidate sourcing, pre-screening applicants, presenting candidate lists, and providing a secure online portal for sharing search information.
