RFI for Waste Minimization and Recycling Audit Services

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks waste minimization and recycling audit services for various agency locations, including offices, parks, museums, courts, hospitals, correctional facilities, and maintenance facilities. Selected vendors will perform document reviews, site interviews, site visits, and focused waste characterizations to provide practical technical assistance, evaluate existing recycling practices, identify waste reduction opportunities, and deliver concise final reports using standardized audit forms. Only onshore USA-based vendors are eligible to bid. Interested parties must perform work both onsite and offsite for a one-year contract term, though the buyer guarantees no minimum number of assignments. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 6, 2026. The buyer expects most individual assignments to range from $15,000 to $25,000 and requests proposals for the overall budget.
