The City of Passaic, NJ requires a vendor to provide professional planning services to city agencies on an as-needed basis for the 2027 calendar year. The selected vendor must prepare maps, drawings, property site plans, zoning plans, and sketches using GIS and other software, which includes conducting property site and field visits. Additional duties encompass conducting background research, formulating long-range land use plans, preparing special planning studies, and advising officials on land development policies that align with the city's master plan. Only USA organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer establishes a contract period of one year and requests proposals to determine the budget.
