Cultural Centre Management and Programming Operator Services

The government authority located in British Columbia requires a Canadian organization to provide day-to-day cultural centre management and programming operator services. The selected operator must manage facility scheduling, front-of-house services, visitor experience, volunteer and event coordination, security, safety, compliance, and coordination with resident organizations. The vendor must also develop and deliver arts, culture, educational, and community programming, including performances, exhibitions, and workshops. Additionally, the contractor will lead marketing, promotion, sponsorship development, fundraising, donor engagement, audience development, and cultural tourism initiatives. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will occur onsite or offsite.
