Environmental Hazard Abatement Services

Penn West University requires a work order unit price contract for environmental hazard abatement services across its California, Clarion, and Edinboro campuses. The contractor must perform removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint, furnishing all necessary labor, superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment. Eligible bidders must be located onshore in the USA and physically situated within an 80-mile radius of the three campuses to support quick on-site emergency services. Bidders must register with PennBid to access solicitation documents, submit questions via the "Ask a Question" feature, and submit electronic bids. Bidders must submit electronic proposals through PennBid no later than 11:00 AM EST on October 29, 2026. The contract term lasts for 12 months, and the buyer may award up to three contracts.
