Market and Broker Sale Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide market and broker sale services for D3 renewable natural gas (RNG) and Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs). The selected broker must market and sell the agency's renewable natural gas while managing its regulatory requirements under the biogas regulatory reform rules. Work will be performed offsite. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit bids for this opportunity. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026. The contract period will run for three years, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals regarding the budget.
