Police Services for Steering Committee Technical Consultant

Washtenaw County Purchasing Division is soliciting proposals on behalf of Administration for a Police Services Steering Committee Technical Consultant. The selected vendor must provide offsite independent facilitation, research, stakeholder engagement, and technical analysis regarding the County's police services contract model and governance structure. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit electronic responses using the "Submit A Proposal" button on the Washtenaw County Purchasing Division website by Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All questions regarding the request for proposal must be submitted by October 16, 2026, with procedural questions emailed to Beth Duffy and technical questions emailed to Ashley Hall. The initial contract term is eight months, with an option to renew.
