Payroll Administration Services

The Village of Hinsdale seeks a qualified firm or consultant to provide professional payroll administration services within the Village's existing Tyler Enterprise ERP (MUNIS) environment. The selected provider must process bi-weekly payrolls for approximately 150 employees, calculate wages and tax withholdings, perform general ledger and deduction reconciliations, maintain payroll records, preserve Village internal controls, and execute statutory reporting. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Interested bidders must submit written questions to Human Resources Director Tracy McLaughlin by October 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time. Final proposals are due by October 22, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time, and vendors must submit them electronically as a single PDF via email.
