Depository and Banking Services

The City of Nassau Bay, Texas, requires a vendor to provide comprehensive depository and banking services. The requested scope includes a consolidated account structure with a sweep mechanism, automated cash management information access, standard deposit and disbursing services, wire transfers, optical imaging, ACH services, account reconciliation, lockbox, interactive voice and web response functionality, investment of idle funds and safekeeping services, collateralization, account analysis, monthly statements, daylight overdrafts, and specified interest rates. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal pricing. The contract term lasts for three years. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 13, 2026.
