Curriculum Development, Instructional Materials and Assessment Services

La Joya Independent School District requires a vendor to provide curriculum development, instructional materials, assessment development, quality assurance, and related academic support services for its 2026–2027 curriculum production. The selected vendor must develop all assigned lessons offsite, maintain strict alignment among standards and assessments, complete quality assurance, respond to district review comments, and keep production records. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests price proposals. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026. The district evaluates proposals based on a 100-point matrix, allocating 35 points to purchase price, 13 points to meeting district needs, 12 points to other relevant factors listed in the solicitation, and 10 points to service quality. The evaluation criteria also assess vendor reputation, delivery requirements, total long-term cost, litigation history, district community involvement, environmental sensitivity, and historically underutilized business impact.
