Alcohol and Drug Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Services

Shelby County Government requires a vendor to provide alcohol and drug residential rehabilitation treatment services for its Drug Recovery Court in Memphis, TN. The scope includes outpatient treatment, inpatient and transitional living, mandatory random drug testing, substance use and mental health assessments, and treatment or self-help sessions. Additional program components may cover family, individual, and mental health counseling, life-skills, job readiness, parenting, and anger management classes. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit questions by October 15, 2026, and can submit their responses digitally via email or online. Submitted offers remain firm and binding for 90 days after receipt, and the county evaluates responses using the proposal response information, minimum requirements, cost and fees, respondent experience, and references. The contract period will run for two years.
