Inspection, Repairs and Maintenance Fire Detection Systems

The City of Somerville, Massachusetts requires a vendor to perform inspection, repairs, and maintenance for its fire detection systems on site. The contractor must conduct complete functional testing of control panels, standby power supplies, zones, and system devices, while providing 24 hours' advance notice of testing to local fire, dispatch, and security entities. Additionally, the contractor must maintain an adequate inventory of exact duplicate replacement parts, deliver immediate equipment replacements, and ensure no site is left without a functioning fire detection system. Only onshore vendors based in the USA are eligible to bid on this project. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than October 8, 2026.
