Janitorial Services

The State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services requires onsite janitorial services in Waynesville, NC. The requested scope includes emptying trashcans, replacing trashcan liners, cleaning kitchen countertops, sinks, and floors, and cleaning all bathroom sinks. The vendor must also clean and shine all chrome fixtures, including drinking fountains and molding, as well as deodorize and disinfect all drains, traps, toilets, and urinals in all bathrooms. To be eligible, a vendor must be a registered North Carolina vendor in good standing with an Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) number, and USA organizations only are eligible to bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on October 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Written questions must be submitted via email to Amanda Kerstetter by October 21, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the eVP portal by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. The buyer will evaluate all responsive bids based on the responsive bid offering the lowest price that meets the specifications provided in the solicitation. The contract term is for one year.
