Printing Commencement Programs Service

South Arkansas College requires a vendor to provide printing services for its academic year 2026/2027 commencement programs. The requested scope covers two separate printing jobs for commencement ceremonies taking place on December 10, 2026, and May 08, 2027. Specifications require full color process printing on the outside front and back of the cover, printing on the inside back cover, and the use of soy ink if applicable. Bidders must deliver the printed items FOB destination to El Dorado, Arkansas, at least three working days prior to each event, establishing shipping deadlines of December 07, 2026, and May 05, 2027. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit competitive bids digitally via email, by fax, or by mail to Allison Dolden by October 13, 2026, at 2:00 pm. South Arkansas College evaluates bids to achieve the lowest pricing per item and reserves the right to award the bid to best serve its interests.
