Facilities Asset Management Evaluation and Long-Term Master Plan Consulting Services

The Town of Chatham invites competitive proposals from qualified consultants to provide facilities asset management evaluation and long-term master plan consulting services. The selected consultant will review prior studies, develop program requirements, meet with Town representatives, make presentations, prepare cost estimates, establish capital project priorities, and create a 20–25-year facility master plan to guide future capital investments. Only USA-based vendors are eligible to submit proposals for work performed both onsite and offsite. Interested bidders can obtain the Request for Proposals beginning October 1, 2026, at Noon, by emailing Shanna Nealy at [email protected] or by visiting the Town Manager’s Office in Chatham, MA. Bidders must deliver sealed proposals by October 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The maximum contract fee awarded pursuant to this solicitation shall not exceed $100,000.
