Owner’s Representative and Project Management Services

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) requires Owner’s Representative and Project Management services for special projects and major capital projects in Rockville, MD, across a three-year contract term. The selected firms will provide project management, design oversight, cost control, budget and schedule management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, construction oversight, and change order negotiation. Eligible offerors must be located in the USA, licensed to do business in Maryland, present a Good Standing Certificate, confirm no conflict of interest, and perform the work on-site.
