This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for information, market research, and acquisition planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10 and VAAR Part 810. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it guarantee that a solicitation will be issued in the future. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
