Professional Photography Services

Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc. seeks qualifications from professional photographers to join a pool providing on-demand visual assets for marketing and communications. Selected photographers will capture events, staff headshots, energy projects, facilities, and communities, and will deliver edited, high-resolution images alongside all working files. The aggregate annual budget for creative services under this scope is not expected to exceed $100,000, and Energy Trust will retain sole ownership of all created assets. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible, and Energy Trust prefers applicants with experience in energy, nonprofit, or public sectors. Evaluators will select contractors for a two-year period based on relevant experience, rates and costs, quality of samples, and a track record of delivering work on-time, on-budget, and error-free.
