Engineering Consulting Services

The Charter Township of Canton is soliciting proposals for engineering consulting services, including public infrastructure design, material testing, construction inspection, civil design reviews, survey and staking, construction administration, road rehabilitation, and water and sewer modelling. Work must be performed onshore in the United States and onsite in Canton, MI. Eligible consultants must submit proposals electronically through the Bidnetdirect.com / MITN Purchasing Group web portal by 3:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026. Proposals must be signed by an authorized officer, address all required items in an 8 1/2” x 11” format, include a confirmation of reviewed addenda, and remain firm for 60 calendar days. Email, fax, and physical paper submissions are not accepted. Proposals will be evaluated based on Experience (50%), Project Team (30%), and Fee (20%). The contract term commences on January 1, 2027, and expires on December 31, 2029, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms upon written agreement. Offerors must submit a proposal containing their schedule of fees and pricing structure to establish compensation for the required scope of work.
