Athletic, Performing Arts, Uniforms and Accessories Supply

The School Board of Brevard County, Florida, is accepting sealed responses to establish a catalog discount contract to supply student, athletic, performing arts, career and technical education, and specialty program uniforms, uniform accessories, insignia, and related apparel. The buyer seeks to award multiple qualified manufacturers, distributors, or authorized dealers to provide these items from established catalogs at fixed percentage discounts on an as-needed basis. The solicitation specifically excludes additional T-shirt suppliers, and work will be performed onsite in Viera, Florida. Qualified onshore (USA only) manufacturers, distributors, or authorized dealers are eligible to bid. Respondents must submit all proposals electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform by 2:00 PM ET on Friday, October 30, 2026; hand-delivered, mailed, telephoned, faxed, or emailed offers will be rejected. Questions must be submitted through the OpenGov Question & Answer portal by 2:00 PM EST on Friday, October 16, 2026. The contract period is for one year, with bid prices remaining unchanged for twelve months following the award date and discount percentages remaining unchanged throughout the contract.
