Planning and Grant Administration Services

The government authority located in Wharton, TX requires a vendor to provide planning and grant administration services. The selected vendor must develop a modern Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update addressing growth, infrastructure, economic opportunities, community character, and hazard resilience, while managing grant administration, outreach, application intake, eligibility reviews, record-keeping, and resolution of monitoring, audit, and third-party claims.
