Environmental Planning and Consulting Services

The Broward County Aviation Department seeks up to two consultants to provide environmental planning, consulting, and noise compatibility program implementation services for Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and North Perry Airport. The selected vendors will perform work offsite, deliver aviation-related training, offer on-call or on-site support, and assist with general airport-related planning issues. The contract term is an open-end, five-year initial agreement. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. Vendors must submit proposals and required pricing electronically through the BPRO electronic procurement system or by email, including all mandatory and optional requested files and a minimum of three non-Broward County references. The evaluation process utilizes a 100-point scoring formula based on specified evaluation criteria, with the evaluation committee reserving the right to shortlist the most qualified firms prior to final evaluation and price negotiations.
